Booking Terms By booking with us, you agree to the following terms. We may update these terms, so please review them periodically.

1. Payments & Deposit
• The full cost, including extras and delivery, is shown at the time of booking.
• A £100 deposit (plus delivery) is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before your event.
• You can choose to pay in instalments by setting up a payment plan when booking.

2. Cancellation Policy
• More than 21 days before the event – Full refund of deposit.
• Less than 21 days before – Deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 72 hours before – 65% of the booking cost is charged.
• Less than 48 hours before – Full booking cost is charged.

3. Logistics
• Setup and pack-down time is not included in your hire period.
• We require at least 1 hour before and after the event for setup and pack-down. Additional time may be needed for special effects.
• If the venue is not on the ground floor and has no lift access, you must inform us at booking or at least 7 days before the event.

4. Booth Use & Responsibility
• The booth is operated by our trained attendants. Guests are not allowed to operate it.
• Our attendants will provide safety instructions. Guests must follow them.
• The customer is responsible for any damage caused by guests not following instructions.

• We will attempt to provide advance notice for maintenance but are not obligated to do so.

• We may cooperate with authorities to disclose the identity of users posting prohibited content.
